PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM PERSPEKTIF DYNAMIC GOVERNANCE DI KANTOR IMIGRASI KELAS I TPI PALEMBANG
This research aims to explore the practice of dynamic governance in public services at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Palembang. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with office employees and the community in the area of the Class I Immigration Office TPI Palembang, as well as secondary data obtained from Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and various literature. The analytical technique used in this research is qualitative with observation and interview methods. The results of this study indicate that the practice of dynamic governance has been successfully implemented and has had an impact on improving the quality of public services at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Palembang. This can be seen based on the 8 dimensions in dynamic governance according to Boon & Geraldine, namely future uncertainties, external practices, able people, agile process, thinking ahead, thinking again, thinking across, and adaptive policies, with organizational culture as a reference to support these dimensions
