ANALISIS KEPATUHAN INDONESIA DALAM MENDUKUNG PENCAPAIAN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) DALAM MENGATASI PERMASALAHAN KESEHATAN MELALUI KOLABORASI UNDP (UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME)
This thesis aims to analyze Indonesia's level of compliance, this research focuses on collaboration between Indonesia and UNDP (United Nations Development Program) as an institution that supports the achievement of sustainable development goals. As a collaboration between the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the United Nations Development Program, SMILE is designed as a revolutionary solution to ensure timely vaccine availability throughout the country with the aim of achieving better health outcomes and achieving global goals. The research method used is a qualitative method, the data used is secondary data originating from journals, books, articles. The theory used as an analytical tool for this research is the International Regime theory through three dimensions to see how Indonesia complies with achieving sustainable development goals in overcoming health problems through UNDP collaboration with the SMILE project. The results of this research show that with SDGs point 3 concerning good health and prosperity, the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health Regulation no. 12 of 2017, Vaccine Equity Declaration as outputs. There is LoT-based health logistics management, an electronic vaccine monitoring management system, application training in a number of provinces as outcomes. Lastly, there is Impact, namely digital Health Transformation, digitalization of inventory, quality and safety of stock, efficiency of immunization and vaccine logistics, increasing human resource capacity in the health sector Keywords: UNDP, Sustainable Development, Indonesia.
