Leucas lavandulaefolia is traditional medicinal plant used to treat inflammation the finger joints and skin diseases. The aims of This study to were evaluated efficacy of Leucas lavanduleafolia leaf extract in healing burn and incision wounds. The extraction was carried out using maceration method ethanol solvent. The research used were 60 male Wistar rats, divided into six treatment groups (five rats per group): positive control (1% silver sulfadiazine ointment), negative control, and four treatment groups with ointment concentrations of 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10% containing adeps lanae and white petrolatum. Burn wounds were created using heated metal plate, while incision wounds were made with sterile scalpel 3 cm in length. Observed parameters included burn area, incision length, percentage of healing, and skin histopathology. The results showed that treatment group concentration was the most effective concentration, achieving 100% healing for burn wounds within 12 days and the 5% concentration achieved 100% healing for incision wounds within 5 days. The treatment groups showed significantly different (p0,05) compared to positive control. Histopathological analysis showed epithelial thickness 33.70 µm and collagen thickness 798.01 µm for burn wounds, while for incision wounds with 5% concentration, the epithelial thickness was 67.04 µm and collagen thickness 2025.98 µm (negative control: 16.76 µm and 257.57 µm). This data indicated ethanol extract Leucas lavandulefolia leaves at a 5% concentration can accelerate the healing of burn and incision wounds.
