The objective of this research was to know the value of yield, working capacity, and the soymilk separation rate with centrifugation method. The research was conducted in the laboratory of agricultural workshop, Department of Agriculture, Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University Indralaya, from February 2012 to July 2012. This research was used tabulation method and descriptions through observation, which consists of centrifugation treatment duration where consists of six levels with three replications. Parameters which are observed including mass increase count, mesh, rotation per minute (rpm), torque, and angular velocity. The result of this research showed that the separation process had completely finished at 60^ second of centrifugation time with the value of yield is 83,3%, average of separation rate is 110 g/s for the 30^ second of centrifuge time and 82,2 g/s for the 60,h second o f centrifugation time, and with separation capacity is 0,642 kg/minute.
