This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Regional Spatial Plan policy in Palembang City on the concept of the Musi Riverbank Area of 5 Ulu and 7 Ulu Villages in 2024, which is regulated in Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2012 concerning the Palembang City RTRW 2012-2032. With the increasing phenomenon of land conversion, this research highlights the importance of policy evaluation to ensure that spatial planning in Palembang City is carried out effectively and in accordance with its designation. The method used in this research refers to the CIPP evaluation model. The results show that despite the efforts of the government to implement the RTRW, there are still significant challenges in the implementation that need to be addressed in order for sustainable development goals to be achieved. Keywords: Policy Evaluation, Regional Spatial Plan, Concept of Musi Riverbank Area 5 Ulu and 7 Ulu.
