This study aims to analyze the regional regulations proposed by the regional formation program related to the results of the identification of regional regulations and their impact on the community. This study refers to the Regional Regulation of South Sumatra Province Number 1 of 2019 concerning the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan of South Sumatra Province for 2019-2023, in "Implementation of Road Construction in East Oku Regency in 2023 (Study of the Public Works Office of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province)". In the context of infrastructure development, roads are a crucial element that supports mobility and connectivity between regions. The results show that despite efforts from the government to improve the quality of roads, there are still challenges in terms of budgeting, coordination between agencies, and maintenance of existing infrastructure. From the analysis carried out, it was found that the success of the implementation of this policy is highly dependent on community participation and support from various related parties.
