Civil Servant have binding rules and listed in Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 Concerning Civil Servant Discipline. Civil servants who do not comply with restrictions in accordance with the provisions, such as arriving or arriving late, are a form of violation of discipline. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 Concerning Civil Servant Discipline in the Secretariat Subdivision of the Public Works Departement of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province. The method used is a qualitative method through interviews, document studies, and field observations using Randall B. Ripley's Public Policy Implementation theory to measure the implementation of this public policy. After the research was conducted, it was concluded that the implementation process has been carried out quite well, but there are still obstacles such as the lack of employee awareness of applicable rules and the attitude of leaders who are not strict with employees. Key word: Civil Servant, Civil Servant Discipline, Policy Implementation.
