Estate Crops Research and Development Centre Iocated in Sembawa - Banyuasin, is a research area associated by Plantation Companies, Govemments and Education Institutions, aims to develop the advanced produets and research aetivities undertaken by the academics field in oil palm, rubber, coconut and coffee . Sembawa is a place concerned to be an agropolitan area. The presence of The Estate Crops Research and Development Centre in Sembawa can be able to accommodate the allotmcnt of the region. The purpose of this Final Project is to investigate the characteristics of the Estate Crops Research and Development Centre’s building. Data collection methods that are used in form of a literature review and study of similar objects . The results review of the functional form are about the aetivities and funetions of the buildings, Space and building standards as the architecturaPs requirement, the structural and Utilities adapted to condition of the building needs and the condition of the area.
