This research was motivated by the low fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years, namely children who have difficulty coordinating their eyes and hands, difficulty controlling hand movements when using writing tools and difficulty using their fingers and wrists to make simple knots. The research aims to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years through busy book media at the Angkasa Lanud Palembang Kindergarten. This research is classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects of this research were 15 group A children consisting of 9 girls and 6 boys. The object studied is the Busy Book media to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years. Data collection is carried out through observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that the use of busy book media increased children's fine motor skills. This increase can be seen from the initial conditions before the action, the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 reached 6.7%, in cycle I children who developed very well reached 20% and in cycle II it increased to 80%.
