The Palembang City Government has designated the AMPERA area as a transit-oriented area or Transit Oriented Development (TOD). However, in its development, this TOD area still has many shortcomings that need to be corrected and a lot of work that needs to be done. The aim of this research is to test and analyze and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Collaborative Governance Process in the Development of Transit Oriented Development (TOD). In this research, the author used a descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of this research is on the Collaborative Governance Process in the Development of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in Palembang City with indicators of face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to the process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. In this research, the author conducted direct interviews with informants to obtain valid results or data. The results of this research can be concluded that the Collaborative Governance Process in the Development of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the City of Palembang was successfully implemented, this was based on all indicators that were successfully achieved. There are two suggestions from the author regarding this research, namely first, the Palembang city government should be more active in coordinating with Bappenas so that the development of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Palembang City is quickly completed and the Palembang city government is expected to involve the private sector in implementing collaborative governance.
