ANALISIS USER EXPERIENCE PADA WEBSITE SMA NEGERI 13 PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ)

This study aims to analyze the user experience of the SMA Negeri 13 Palembang website using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The UEQ method enables the measurement of user perceptions across six main scales: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. Based on the research data, the highest average score was achieved on the Stimulation scale (1.262), indicating that users felt motivated and stimulated while using the website. The Perspicuity scale ranked second (1.248), followed by Dependability (1.226) and Efficiency (1.222). Meanwhile, the Novelty scale received the lowest average score (1.024), suggesting a need for more innovation in the website design. These results indicate that the SMA Negeri 13 Palembang website provides a relatively positive user experience, particularly in terms of attractiveness and ease of use, but requires further development, especially in innovation and creativity aspects.
