This research aims to examine and analyze management usage of the SiCANTIK Cloud of application in school operational permits at the South Sumatra Province Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are based on interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the management usage of the SiCANTIK Cloud application for school operational permits at the One Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service is still not effective. This is due to the planning, in this case uploading files which have a size limit so that the files are often unreadable, the SOP still lacks information to the applicant, in the organizational dimension the number of employees is still insufficient in processing permits, and in the leadership dimension there are no sanctions or punishments in providing motivation to employees, then the control dimension has been met due to the existence of standards and performance assessments and evaluations.
