he research was conducted in the Leuwidamar area and its surroundings. This activity was carried out to study the diagenesis of the Bojongmanik Formation Sandstone Member of Batupasir. This research has not been carried out optimally, so this study aims to determine the reservoir potential of the Bojongmanik Formation in the research area. This study uses field observation and laboratory analysis methods consisting of petrographic analysis, diagenesis analysis, and analysis studios. The results obtained in this study are the diagenesis phase of the Bojongmanik Formation Sandstone Member, namely the compaction phase obtained by the type of contact between minerals in the form of point contact, long contact, suture contact and convano convex contact. In the dissolution phase, clay minerals are seen which produce secondary porosity. In the cementation phase, silica cement fills the cavities produced during the dissolution phase. In the authigenesis phase, opaque minerals are formed above quartz and feldspar minerals, iron oxidation is formed due to reactions to meteorite water and clay minerals above feldspar mineral are formed due to weathering.. In the eogenesis stage, the first deposition of the Bojongmanik Formation of the Sandstone Member occurred. Then in the mesogenesis stage, compaction, dissolution, cementation and authigenesis occurred at a depth of 2.5 to 6 km and temperatures ranging from 80o to 220oC. In the telogenesis phase, there was a diversion due to tectonic activity in the late Miocene which resulted in the formation of the Bojongmanik normal fault, the Bojongmanik anticline fold and the Bojongmanik syncline fold in the research area. In the diagenesis stage, there are three levels of rock maturity, namely Mature A, Mature B, and Super Mature. Muture A consisting of Tmbs_4, Tmbs_5, Tmbs_6, Tmbs_8 and Tmbs_10 at this stage the rock porosity value is classified as high. Mature B found in Tmbs_2 at this stage the rock porosity value has decreased (reduced). Super Mature found in Tmbs_1, Tmbs_3, Tmbs_7, and Tmbs_9 at this stage the rock porosity value is classified as low. Samples that have Special porosity values (> 25%) are Tmbs_4, Tmbs_5, Tmbs_6, Tmbs_8, and Tmbs_10 with a porosity value range of 25.6% to 30.1%. Furthermore, in samples that have very good porosity values (20% - 25%) namely Tmbs_2 with a porosity value of 23.6%. Samples that have good porosity values (15% - 20%) are Tmbs_1 and Tmbs_9 with a porosity value range of 15.6% to 17.5%. And samples that have sufficient porosity values (10% - 15%) are Tmbs_3 and Tmbs_7 with a porosity value range of 12.8% to 14.5%.
