This research aims to determine the physical fitness level of Children with Special Needs (ABK) at the Ogan Ilir State Special School (SLB). This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, data is taken through tests and measurements with the EUROFIT instrument. The population of this study was all students from the Ogan Ilir State Special School totaling 62 people who were divided into several types of disabilities, but those who were actively registered at school consisted of 37 students, while the sample in this study were students from the Ogan Ilir State Special School Those included in the category of deaf and mentally retarded, namely 33 students and female students, the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, namely 33 people or 100% of the total number of deaf students. and active mental retardation. After carrying out the test and measuring the test samples, the results were obtained that 0 students had a good level of physical fitness, namely 0%, 18 students had a moderate level of physical fitness, namely 54.5%, and 15 students had a poor level of physical fitness, namely 45.5%. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of children with special needs at the Ogan Ilir State Special School is in the medium category.
