UJI KUALITAS PERAIRAN ANAK SUNGAI OGAN KERTAPATI BERDASARKAN INDEKS KEANEKARAGAMAN MAKROZOOBENTOS DAN SUMBANGANNYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SMA
This study aims to determine the water quality of the Ogan Kertapati tributary in Palembang City through the analysis of macrobenthos diversity index and its contribution to Biology lessons at the high school level. This study also shows the water pollution index through physical and chemical parameter indicators and shows the level of macrobenthos diversity. Sampling was carried out using the method applied, namely purposive sampling with three research station locations located at coordinates 3.033610 ° S and 104.75645 ° E for station 1. Station 2 with coordinates 3.02849 ° S and 104.76504 ° E. Station 3 with coordinates 3.02511 ° S and 104.76709 ° E. Based on the results of the study, six macrobenthos families were identified: Thiaridae, Vivivaridae, Ampularidae, Neretidae, Corbicularidae, and Unionidae. The types of macrozoobenthos found include Brotia costula, Bellamya javanica, Pomacea canaliculata, Nerita sp., Corbicula javanica, and Pilsbryoconcha exeilis. Based on the results of the study, the Shannon-Wiener macrozoobenthos diversity index at station 1 was 0.98, station 2 was 1.21, and station 3 was 1.09. Based on the water pollution index, the physical and chemical parameters at station 1 were 5.10, station 2 was 2.54, and station 3 was 2.99. The results of this study were contributed in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD) which were included in the Teaching Module for class X phase E material regarding Environmental Change.
