Planning of Serawai Culture Resort on the Brink Pasar Bawah Beach is an effort to preserve the Serawai culture that almost disappeared. Its location in South Bengkulu which is the center of civilization. This plan includes the funetion of resort, hotel, museum exhibitions, training and performing arts, convention hall, and restaurant. Resort required innovatively with raised design principles which comfortable, safe, vemacular and romanticism. Concepts used are eco green which planning would apply all the things environmental friendly such as the green open spaces, biopori, green roof, filtration wastewater, recyeling materials and saving on energy usage. The treatment of structure used were soil reinforeement - soilnailing in an effort to strengthen the soil layer on the brink and usage earthquake-resistant structures to minimize damage due to earthquakes that often occurred in the area. The design itself will adapt the vemacular architecture on the traditional building of Serawai, irrespective of the relationship between "process" and "produet". Other than that, the theme itself from the flow of romanticism, which is an art that capable process emotions and feelings o f the audience. The targets of this plan is to bring local and foreign tourists.
