EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA PEGAWAI BAGIAN UMUM DALAM PENGELOLAAN ADMINISTRASI KEPEGAWAIAN DI SEKRETARIAT DPRD PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of general staff in managing personnel administration at the DPRD Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. This research was motivated by a lack of consistent or inadequate human resources. The focus of this research uses performance effectiveness theory, which according to Hasibuan (2002:22) includes achievement, discipline, creativity, cooperation and responsibility. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research recommend that as leaders, they should complete all forms of human resource requirements and infrastructure that are needed or needed so that they can support the continuity of employees in carrying out their responsibilities for their work. To increase the effectiveness of employee performance, it is necessary to carry out training, which can be useful for improving employee abilities so that carrying out work can produce results that are quite good and also quite optimal.
