E-Government is an effort to improve access and delivery of government service information efficiently with the use of technology, especially web-based applications. The Local Government Information System (SIPD) is a system that has the ability to document, administer and manage regional development data into information that can be used as a reference for decision making in the context of planning, implementing, evaluating and monitoring local government performance. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of E-Government in regional development planning through the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) at Bappeda Ogan Ilir Regency. The theory used is the E-Government theory expressed by Indrajit, namely Content Development, Competency Building, Cyber Laws, Connectivity, Citizen Interfaces , and Capital. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The analysis technique performed. The results showed that the application of E-Government in regional development planning through the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) at Bappeda Ogan Ilir Regency was not good enough, because the dimensions met were only Cyber Laws, Citizen Interfaces and Capital.
