As the raise of the education Standard in Indonesia, especially in Palembang, it is extremely connected with quality development and quantity of leaming space, as in this case, an extramural leaming. The leaming material is not only delivered theoretically, but also by modeling, and there will be some interactions between instructor and student or visitor, as there will be two way leaming. Planning and Designing of Science Center in Palembang is purposing to design the extramural leaming system which goes interactively and creatively, as it interests people to get to know about Science. Representing the function of the building, which is as a place to leam Science, this Science Center is designed by using an eco-architecture, with more energy saving. Moreover, the fagade of this building is designed following the bee nest morphology by analogizing of collecting honey with collecting knowledge. This fa?ade represents one of the Science subject, which is Biology, and gives an attractive display. Hopefully, the design of Science Center in Palembang could accomodate people who put interest on Science, as it could support the development of Science knowledge in Palembang.
