This study aims to produce a product in the form of digital teaching materials based on flipbooks on the cultural wealth of Palembang city in class IV of SD Negeri 222 Palembang, regarding the development procedure, validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This type of research is a development research using the ADDIE model whose stages consist of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collection techniques in this study consist of interviews, expert validation, questionnaires, and tests. The results of the design expert validation reached 95% with a very valid category. The material expert validation was at 92% which is included in the very valid category. Practitioner validation got 100% with a very valid category. The student response questionnaire in the individual trial reached 100%, while in the small group test it reached 99% with a very practical category. The N-gain score obtained reached 0,87 with a high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that this flipbook-based digital teaching material is very valid, very practical, and effective for use in learning activities.
