This study aims to determine the effect of plasticine play activities on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Bunga Anggrek Kotadaro II Village. The research method used is pre-experiment with a one-shot case study design. The sample in this study is 16 children aged 5-6 years, consisting of 7 boys and 9 girls who were selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using a single-sample t-test. This can be seen from the results of the t-test calculation obtained which shows that the tcount of 4.72 is greater than the ttable of 1.753, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of plasticine play activities on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Bunga Anggrek Kotadaro II Village. In addition, this activity can also develop other aspects such as religious and moral values, social interaction and creativity.
