The research aims to: (1) describe the form of social pathology in the novel Re: and Perempuan by Maman Suherman, (2) describe the implications of the research results of social pathology in the novel Re: and Perempuan by Maman Suherman in learning Indonesian in high school. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, the data collection technique uses reading and notes in the form of dialog and monologue in the form of quotes containing social pathology in the novel Re: and Perempuan by Maman Suherman, the data analysis technique uses content analysis technique. The results of this study found 65 data in the form of novel quotations containing social pathology which are divided into forms of social pathology in the form of crime as many as 19 quotations, corruption as many as 5 quotations, liquor as many as 7 quotations, drugs as many as 2 quotations, prostitution as many as 13 quotations, social conflict and thuggery as many as 6 quotations, juvenile delinquency as many as 6 quotations, and human trafficking as many as 7 quotations. The results of this study are implied in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan for Indonesian language subjects at the Senior High School level in class XII semester I of the 2013 curriculum namely in the basic competencies 3.8 and 4.8, namely interpreting the author's views on life in novels and presenting the results of interpretations of the author's views both orally and in writing.
