The research is about the land conflicts between the community and PT Musi Hutan Persada in Suban Jeriji village. The Research aims to understand the stages of conflict that occurred in Suban Jeriji Village. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with the research strategy used in this research being a case study strategy. Informants were obtained from substitute village heads, then from the informants obtained, the researchers re-observed which informants met the criteria of this research. So that the researchers obtained 6 informants, of which 2 were informants from the company. The conflict theory used in this research is the theory of Simon Fisher and Nasikun. The results of this research are the conflict is studied through these four stages. Pr-conflict stage to post-conflict stage, from the start of the Suban Jeriji village community becoming aware of land eviction activities without permission, confrontational actions carried out between the two parties up to the crisis stage and reaching the post-conflict resolution stage. These result can be a lesson so that land conflicts that occur in other areas can be resolved quickly so that they do not reach all stages of the conflict..
