This research aims to describe the implementation of pre-marital guidance in building family resilience at the Sukarami Palembang District Religious Affairs Office. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects consisted of eight people, namely two religious counselors and three pairs of participants who took part in premarital guidance. The results of the research show that the material provided by the Sukarami District Religious Affairs Office to premarital guidance participants includes Family Law, Munakahat jurisprudence, guidance on worship, guidance on reading and writing the Koran, psychology in the household, and reproductive health. The methods used in premarital guidance are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The media used for pre-marital guidance at the Sukarami District Religious Affairs Office are projectors and loudspeakers. The post test was carried out after providing premarital guidance material to measure how much knowledge the prospective bride and groom had regarding premarital guidance.
