KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING TERHADAP PERUBAHAN PERILAKU BELAJAR SISWA SMA JAM’IYAH ISLAMIYYAH
This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication skills of guidance and counseling teachers and changes in learning behavior of class XII students of SMA Jam'iyah Islamiyyah. This study is a study that uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The data collection technique in this study uses a Likert scale obtained through the distribution of scales via Google Form. The population in this study was 160 students with sampling using proportional random sampling techniques with a total of 62 students as samples in the study. The data analysis technique in this study is to use the Pearson product moment formula. The results of the data analysis show that the relationship between Interpersonal Communication Skills of Guidance and Counseling Teachers and Changes in Student Learning Behavior obtained a correlation coefficient (rxy) with a value of 0.922 as r count and the number of 62 respondents with a significance level of 5%, the rtable value is 0.250 so that the hypothesis test r count> r table then H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. Thus, the degree of correlation is in a very strong range between variable X and variable Y according to the coefficient interval of 0.80-1.00, so that the interpersonal communication skills of guidance and counseling teachers towards changes in student learning behavior show that the variables are in the same direction, namely if the interpersonal communication skills of guidance and counseling teachers increase, it will be followed by changes in student learning behavior.
