Climate change events such as El Nino, drought, increased hotspots, and forest and land fires are some of the problems that have plagued South Sumatra to this day. Every year, the land of South Sumatra also experiences land degradation resulting in critical land conditions that have an impact on the loss of land functions as carbon storage and microclimate regulators. In order to overcome climate change, some things that become the focus related to climate change adaptation and mitigation measures are increasing knowledge, encouraging awareness, and mobilizing the community to be able to contribute through behavioral changes that support climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts. To realize this, one of the strategies commonly used is through campaigns. This study aims to determine the management of the Land4Lives campaign in South Sumatra by World Agroforestry (ICRAF) in climate change adaptation and mitigation. This research is analyzed by using campaign as a concept and qualitative methods in describing the problem. Data collection techniques in this research were conducted through literature study, interviews and documentation. The findings of this research show that Land4Lives has gone through campaign management stages consisting of planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Campaign planning involves assessing climate issues in South Sumatra, formulating campaign objectives, and analyzing campaign audiences. Campaign development includes formulating campaign messages and selecting campaign media. Land4Lives campaign implementation is realized through activities such as training and forum group discussions. Monitoring was conducted by holding an annual meeting to review the annual activity report. The evaluation stage has been carried out by looking at the response and participation of the campaign target, but the evaluation has not yet reached the final evaluation stage considering that Land4Lives is still running until now.
