ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI TOKOPEDIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ) (STUDI KASUS : PALEMBANG)
The Tokopedia app was officially launched on 17 August 2009. It was founded on 6 February 2009, by William Tanuwijaya and Leontinus Alpha Edison under PT Tokopedia. Tokopedia is a platform that simplifies online shopping by offering a variety of daily necessities. However, recent reviews on PlayStore and AppStore show many users have given negative feedback about new features, such as unusable vouchers and promos. Therefore, user experience evaluation is crucial. The research results, using the UEQ method and based on analysis of 176 respondents, show that the Efficiency Aspect scored the highest at 1.51 (Good), indicating the app is very efficient in helping users complete tasks. Other aspects, including Attractiveness (1.44), Clarity (1.42), Accuracy (1.29), and Stimulation (1.35), were rated Above Average, meaning the app is fun, easy to understand, reliable, and motivating. However, the novelty score of 0.36 (Below Average) is relatively low. Despite excelling in some areas, efforts are needed to improve novelty to enhance its appeal and innovation.
