PERAN ANALISIS JABATAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BIRO ORGANISASI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
The purpose of this research is to explore the role of job analysis in improving employee performance in the Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau of South Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is qualitative, with data collection through interviews and direct observation. The research results show that even though employees have attended various trainings, there are still deficiencies in the quality of the training provided. This is caused by a lack of material that is relevant and not in accordance with the specific needs of the position, as well as a lack of support in the form of further guidance. This research also identified that job analysis carried out systematically can help in defining clear duties and responsibilities, thereby increasing employees' understanding of their roles. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of continuous development in job analysis and improving the quality of training to achieve optimal employee performance and support the achievement of organizational goals.
