Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju is a Pertamina oil refinery located in Palembang. One of the services available is the Pertamina Intranet Portal Service, which provides access to all news and services offered to employees of PT. Kilang Pertamina Internasional. To enhance its functionality, the interface needs to be neat, attractive, and prioritize effectiveness.The interface design was developed using the Design Thinking methodology to create a design that meets user needs. Based on testing conducted on the interface design using the System Usability Scale (SUS), a score of 78.2 was achieved. This score places the Pertamina Intranet Portal Service prototype in the Good category, with Acceptable Ranges classified as Acceptable and a Grade Scale of C.
