KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI DINAS SOSIAL PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN ( STUDI PELAKSANAAN PEMANTAUAN EVALUASI KINERJA PENYELENGGARAAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK )
The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that influence service quality and the effectiveness of PEKPPP implementation. The method employed is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The indicators of service quality used include Co- creation of Value, Value-in-use, Resource Integration, Service-Dominant Logic (SDL), Experience of Service Interaction, and Outcome Orientation.. The results indicate that although there are good efforts in the implementation of PЕКРРР, there are still constraints affecting service quality, such as budgetary resources and the professionalism of human resources. This study recommends enhancing employee capacity and increasing budgetary resource allocation to support better service delivery. Keywords: Quality, Public Service, PEKPPP
