The high death rate from breast cancer occurs due to the lack of early detection which can have an impact on the prognosis of someone suffering from the disease to be bad. In this study, breast cancer patients were aware that there was a problem with their breasts, when before taking a shower they felt an abnormal lump in their breasts. Some of those who knew about breast cancer and had done AWARENESS that they did AWARENESS after menstruation, before going to bed, and before taking a shower. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about breast cancer and AWARENESS with the attitude of breast self-Check ups in breast cancer patients at Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital of Palembang. This study was a Cross-Sectional study. The research sample consisted of 52 breast cancer patients taken through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire on the level of knowledge and attitudes that had been tested for validity and reliability and had obtained ethical permission Number. 139-2024. The results of the study used the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.989 so that statistically there was no significant relationship between the level of knowledge about breast cancer and AWARENESS with the attitude of breast self-Check ups. The r value obtained was 0.071 (positive correlation) which means that the closeness of the relationship between knowledge and attitude was very low. Respondents who had a knowledge level of good category were 15 people and a good category attitude were 14 people. The knowledge obtained did not affect a person's life towards health attitudes for breast cancer prevention which could be related to habits when getting information but not applying it in everyday life.
