ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI MAXIM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ)
This study explores the user experience of the Maxim app among the people of Palembang using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The study aims to assess user satisfaction by analyzing key variables such as attractiveness, efficiency, clarity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data were collected through questionnaires, with responses from 228 participants, later refined to 206 valid responses after filtering out inconsistencies. The findings reveal that most users had a positive experience with Maxim, particularly in terms of attractiveness, perspicuity, and efficiency. However, novelty, stimulation, and dependability scored lower, indicating areas for improvement. These findings highlight opportunities for the Maxim development team to enhance the user experience by addressing aspects that require further attention while leveraging existing strengths. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on user experience in online transportation apps and offers practical insights for further optimization.
