The development of digital technology and the internet has made it easier to access information through an intuitive UI. PT Kilang Pertamina International, as a company in the oil and gas sector, has utilized this technology to help improve operational efficiency, including its Shared-Service (SS) ICT services. However, the current system interface is not yet optimal, causing discomfort and reducing efficiency. This study aims to redesign the Shared-Service (SS) ICT system using the Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) method, which focuses on identifying user needs and developing task-based designs. Through interviews and observations with IT dashboard administrators or employees, as well as staff from the Shared-Service Center (SSC) ICT at Plaju, the design results were evaluated using the Maze platform, achieving a usability score of 82. This indicates that the resulting UI is viable and meets user expectations. These results are expected to improve user experience and operational efficiency within the company.
