In pepper production farming activities, there will be production factors and efficiency in the use of production inputs that affect the productivity of agricultural products. If the use of production factors is right and efficient in the use of costs, it will increase farmers' income. The purpose of this research is: (1) Calculating the income of pepper farming in Berasang Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency. (2) Analyzing the factors that affect the pepper farming business in Berasang Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency. (3) Analyze how the efficiency level of pepper production in Berasang Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency. This research was carried out in Berasang Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency, with a number of respondents of 42 pepper farmers taken from 750 pepper farmers. In this research, the research method used is the survey method. The sample extraction method in this study uses the random sampling method with internet spin aids to determine respondents. The data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of the study showed that, (1) the average income of pepper farmers in Berasang Village was Rp60,167,938 Ha/Year. (2) production factors that have a significant effect on pepper production are land area, labor, urea fertilizers, while those that have insignificant influence are NPK fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides. (3) inefficient production factors are land area, so their use must be reduced, for production factors that are not yet efficient, urea fertilizers, NPK fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides must be added to achieve efficient and optimal results.
