This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) and Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) on environmental performance in hotel companies in Palembang. The study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey distributed to 36 hotels, with a total of 108 respondents successfully gathered. The data analysis technique for this research uses SmartPLS (Smart Partial Least Square) with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results show that both EMA and GTL have a significant positive effect on the company’s environmental performance. The implementation of EMA helps companies monitor and optimize environmental management, while GTL encourages employees to be more attentive to environmental issues. This study provides insights into the importance of integrating environmental accounting practices and eco-friendly leadership styles in enhancing corporate environmental performance.
