ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI BEBAN TERHADAP SUHU MOTOR INDUKSI TIGA FASA DALAM MODE GENERATOR
This study aims to analyze the effect of load variation on the temperature of a three-phase induction motor operating in generator mode. Load variation is a critical factor as it affects power output and causes temperature changes in the motor. In this study, temperature measurements were conducted at various load levels, from 0 to 1000 watts, to observe the temperature rise with increasing load. Additionally, the Coefficient of Performance (COP) was calculated to assess the motor’s efficiency in converting mechanical energy into electrical energy. The results indicate that load increases significantly raise motor temperature, and energy efficiency improves with higher loads. This study is expected to serve as a reference in motor cooling system development to prevent overheating risks under high loads. Keywords: Three-Phase Induction Motor, Generator Mode, Load Variation, Motor Temperature, Coefficient of Performance (COP).
