Research objectives: (1) to identify the characteristics of coffee farming in Berasang Village (2) to analyze the difference in production and income of coffee farmers who use and do not use coffee husk waste as organic fertilizer (3) to analyze the effect of coffee husk waste on farmers' income. The research was conducted using survey method, the sample was taken randomly as many as 42 people from 750 population members. Research results: (1) the characteristics of coffee farmers in Berasang Village, Kisam Tinggi Subdistrict, OKU Selatan Regency, showed that the majority of farmers were male, compared to female. Most farmers have the latest education level at the senior high school level, on average have family dependents between 2 to 3 people, manage agricultural land covering an average area of 2 ha and farming experience reaches 26 years. (2) farmers who use coffee husk waste averaged: production of 1,039kg/ha, income of Rp56,218,268/ha, and land area of 2 ha while those who do not use averaged: production of 741kg/ha income of Rp39,988,845/ha, and land area of 2 ha. With Independent Sample T-Test, it is obtained that farmers who use and do not use there is a significant difference in income (3) Simple linear regression results show that coffee husk waste as organic fertilizer has an effect on income. It can be concluded that the use of coffee husk waste as organic fertilizer is very influential in increasing the production and income of coffee farmers in Berasang Village, Kisam Tinggi Subdistrict, South OKU Regency.
