Salaries and benefits are regarded as important factors in motivating employees to work effectively and are also seen to influence work enthusiasm as well as the relationship between employees and the company. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of salaries and welfare benefits on the performance productivity of permanent employees in the production process of Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) 1 at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Kebun Musilandas. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify the conditions of salaries and welfare benefits at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Kebun Musilandas, (2) to analyze the effect of salaries and welfare benefits on the productivity of permanent employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Kebun Musilandas, and (3) to analyze the most dominant variable among salary and welfare benefits influencing work productivity in the production of RSS 1. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with primary data obtained through surveys and interviews with 33 permanent employees. The results indicate that: (1) salaries provided are perceived by employees as fair and well-managed, (2) both salaries and welfare benefits significantly affect performance productivity, and (3) salary is identified as the most dominant variable impacting productivity.
