Self-efficacy is a person's belief to perform to show their abilities that have a big impact on the life they live. Each individual does not make decisions in the same way, style or decision-making strategy but refers to the behavior patterns that each individual follows so that their decisions have the best results. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method with a sample of 81 students who determine the sample using the “Proportional Random Sampling” technique. The data collection method in this study uses Likert scale data collection through google form. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Palembang is in the medium category with a percentage of 68%. Then, career decision making in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Palembang is in the moderate category with a percentage of 73%. After conducting the Simple Linear Regression test, a significance value of 0.000
