Independent Peat Care Village Program (DMPG) is a program initiated by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) in all peat areas in Indonesia by the Directorate General of Pollution Control and Environmental Damage (PPKL). This research was conducted in Tirto Raharjo Village, Muara Padang District, Banyuasin Regency, which is one of the beneficiary villages of the program. The problem formulations in this study are: (1) What are the results of the implementation of the Peat Care Independent Village program in Tirto Raharjo Village, Muara Padang District, Banyuasin Regency, (2) What are the driving and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Peat Care Independent Village program in Tirto Raharjo Village, Muara Padang District, (3) What is the impact of social investment generated in the Peat Care Independent Village program in Tirto Raharjo Village, Muara Padang District, Banyuasin Regency. The research used SROI analysis to measure the success of the program with the social investment category. The SROI method is an approach that involves stakeholders of the program being evaluated to explore the various impacts that occur after the program is implemented. The results obtained in this study are (1) The activities or activities of the Desa Mandiri Peduli Gambut Program in Tirto Raharjo Village include goat fattening activities, (2) the driving factor for the implementation of the program is the willingness and awareness of the community on peatlands who want to maintain their livelihoods, (3) The calculation of the SROI ratio for the Desa Mandiri Peduli Gambut program is with a ratio of 3.2, which means that every Rp. 1 investment spent on this program provides a profit from social and economic aspects of Rp. 3.2. The results of the SROI analysis in Tirto Raharjo Village with the value of the ratio of reciprocity on social investment from the Desa Mandiri Peduli Gambut program SROI> 1, means that the Desa Mandiri Peduli peat program in Tirto Raharjo Village can be considered feasible and provide benefits to the Tirto Raharjo Village community.
