The BULOG partnership program is one of BULOG's efforts to distribute its products more widely, ensuring broader food availability and price stabilization, making these resources more accessible to the public. This program is called Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK). The partnership fosters an entrepreneurial spirit within the community, raising the question of whether the partners' performance can affect the income of RPK partners. Based on this issue, the objectives of this research are to: (1) Measure the performance level of partners based on the perceptions of Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) partners at Perum BULOG Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung, (2) Analyze the effect of partner performance on the income of Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) partners at Perum BULOG Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung, (3) Analyze the development strategy of Perum BULOG Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung to improve the performance of Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) partners. This research was conducted at the Head Office of Perum BULOG Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung, in the city of Palembang. The location was selected purposively. Data collection was carried out in September 2024 using a survey method with questionnaires. The sample in this study consists of RPK partners at Perum BULOG Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung in Palembang, selected using simple random sampling. The research results show that: (1) Based on Likert scale analysis, the performance level of partners scored a total of 43.74, with the description "strongly agree"; (2) Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of efficiency and effectiveness (X1), business sustainability (X2), service quality (X3), and compliance with regulations and policies (X4) collectively have a positive effect on RPK partners' income. Partially, business sustainability (X2) and compliance with regulations and policies (X4) have a positive and significant effect on income, while the variables of efficiency and effectiveness (X1) and service quality (X3) do not significantly affect the income of RPK partners; (3) Based on SWOT analysis, Perum BULOG Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung is positioned between the Opportunity and Weakness axes, specifically in quadrant 3. This means that Perum BULOG Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung has significant market opportunities but faces internal resource weaknesses. The company's strategy in this situation should focus on addressing internal weaknesses to concentrate on seizing market opportunities.
