Background: Stroke is a condition of narrowing or rupture of blood vessels so that blood flow to the brain is obstructed or even stops. Stroke has a very detrimental impact on the sufferer, one of which is weakness on one side of the body (Hemiparesis). Hemiparesis requires immediate treatment to help improve limb motor function and minimize the disability caused such as muscle atrophy, one of the interventions that can be given to the upper extremities is Range of Motion (ROM) Spherical Grip. Objective: To provide nursing care with Spherical Grip Range Of Motion (ROM) exercises to increase upper muscle strength in patients with physical mobility disorders. Methods: The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach to 3 managed patients with stroke. Discussion: Range Of Motion (ROM) Spherical Grip is a ball grasping exercise activity performed on the upper extremities by stimulating an increase in neuromuscular and muscular chemical activity to increase the stimulation of extremity muscle nerve fibers, especially parasympathetic nerves to produce acetylcholine so as to cause cotraction in increasing muscle strength. Conclusion: Range Of Motion (ROM) Spherical Grip exercises performed for 3 days with a duration of 10-15 minutes twice a day can increase muscle strength in the upper extremities and increase the degree of joint range of motion.
