Irrigation network planning is planned to increase the productivity of agricultural land in the Canal Sea Village, Sirah Pulau Padang District to three plantings with a paddy-paddy- secondary crops planting pattern. The data used is secondary data obtained from the results of a survey conducted by the SID OPLA surveyor team in 2024, from the MERRA-2 satellite and BMKG Palembang at Kenten Station. In this study divided into two analyses, namely hydrological analysis and hydraulic analysis. Hydrological analysis takes the form of calculating evapotranspiration (Eto) using the Blaney-Criddle method, irrigation water requirements (KAI), discharge modulus (Dm), and planned discharge (Qd). As the hydraulics analysis consists of calculating the dimensions of tertiary channels and embankments, as well as the need for pump sluice gates. The results of hydrological analysis using the paddy-paddy- secondary crops planting pattern showed that the maximum evapotranspiration value (Eto) was 5.79 mm/day, the maximum value of irrigation water requirement (KAI) was 1.94 lt/sec/ha, the waster modulus value ( Dm) is 2.64 l/s/ha, and the maximum planned discharge (Qd) is 127.10 l/s. The results of the hydraulic analysis showed that the channel dimensions had a bottom width (b) of 0.3 m, top width (B) of 0.7 m to 1.34 m, channel height (H) of 0.6 m to 0.92 m, water height (h) is 0.2 m to 0.52 m, guard height (w) is 0.4 m, and speed is 0.3 m. The dimensions of the embankment have a width at the top of the embankment (B) of 3 m, a guard height (Hf) of 0.4 m, a height of the embankment (Hd) of 2.4 m, and the water height (h) obtained from surveyor results of 2 m. The need for a pump with a capacity of 1100 lt/minute, for each stretch is around 2-7 pumps. In the sluice gate analysis, Canal Laut Village uses a goose neck sluice gate, each stretch requires pipes in the sluice gate ranging from 2 – 6 pipes.
