This research aims to understand, identify, and analyze Stakeholder Synergy in Efforts to Achieve the Healthy City Award for Palembang City. In the effort to achieve a clean, comfortable, safe, and healthy city for its inhabitants, Palembang City strives to continually improve, one of which is by participating in the Healthy City Award. Collaborating with relevant government agencies (stakeholders) is considered the most optimal way to achieve this goal. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach and utilizes the Synergy theory by Najiyati & Rahmat (2011), focusing on two main dimensions: communication and coordination. The results of the study indicate the need for improvement in coordination, emphasizing well-planned strategies and continuity. Meanwhile, in terms of communication, although information dissemination has been conveyed to the involved stakeholders, further efforts are needed to enhance cooperation with the media to encourage active participation from the community in making Palembang City a Healthy City.
