KANDUNGAN LOGAM SENG (Zn), TEMBAGA (Cu) DAN KROMIUM (Cr) PADA GABAH PADI (Oryza Sativa L.) DI LAHAN SAWAH IRIGASI DESA PURWODADI, BELITANG, OGAN KOMERING ULU TIMUR
Grain consists of seeds encased in husks that form grains. The quality of grain can be seen from rice cultivation activities depending on the planting process, such as the use of fertilizers, soil quality, and water polluted by industrial waste that can potentially pollute hazardous materials for human health. The purpose of this study was to determine the metal content of Zinc (Zn), Copper (Cu) and Chromium (Cr) in rice grain and its correlation with other soil chemical properties. This research was conducted in September 2024 - November 2024 located in Purwodadi Village Rice Field, Belitang, OKU Timur. The method used in this research is a detailed level survey method with a map scale of 1:10,000 and sampling points using the Stratified random sampling method. The results showed the presence of heavy metals in rice grain. Zn concentration in rice grain amounted to 30.15 ± 2.19 mg/kg-1, Cu concentration 3.77 ± 0.69 mg/kg-1 and Cr concentration 6.33 ± 7.25 mg/kg-1. The metal content found in rice grain is still below the threshold.
