This research aims to see and analyze the leadership role of female school principals. in an effort to improve teacher performance of State Elementary School SDN 059 Palembang City. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the leadership role practices implemented by female school principals, their impact on teacher professionalism, and the strategies used to achieve improvements in the quality of education in these schools. Using interview and documentation techniques, this research seeks to provide in-depth insight into how women's leadership roles can improve school quality. It is hoped that the findings from this research can contribute to the effective leadership role of women in education at the elementary school level.
