At this time, technological development is progressing very rapidly, as evidenced by various innovations that have been created around the world. One of them is the implementation of systems within a company. An example in this case is the inventory system process at Bank BRI Palembang, which still uses paper and has not been computerized, resulting in a lengthy report collection process. Other obstacles include lost documents because they are still in paper form and the difficulty in monitoring the stock of logistics supplies, as employees have to check previous reports to see the remaining stock for that month. In the context of user interface design, the UCD concept helps ensure the consistency of the application's appearance according to the preferences, desires, and needs of the users, as a deep understanding of user characteristics has been conducted before the design process begins. The objective of this research is to create a logistics inventory website design that is usable and easily understood by users in facilitating logistics business processes using the User-Centered Design method. The testing process conducted using usability with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method resulted in a B or Excellent category with a score of 81.25, indicating that the application design in this research is worthy of further development. With the design created, it is expected that this system can improve the efficiency of warehouse processes, minimize manual recording errors, and facilitate the management of stock and the preparation of logistics reports.
