This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure and company growth on company value. Using a panel data approach, this study places ownership structure as an independent variable consisting of institutional ownership. managerial ownership, foreign ownership, and company growth. Company value as a dependent variable with a proxy of Price to Book Value (PBV). The period covered in this study is from 2019 to 2023. Data were collected from financial reports of transportation and logistics companies accessed from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and company websites. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, and 11 companies were obtained. The results of the study indicate that institutional ownership and company growth have no effect on company value, managerial ownership has a negative effect on company value, and foreign ownership has a positive effect on company value.
