PENGUKURAN USABILITY PADA APLIKASI BINMAS ONLINE SYSTEM VERSI 2 (BOS V2) MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS)

This study measures the usability of the Binmas Online System Version 2 (BOS V2) application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method at Jambi Regional Police. With an SUS score of 51.6 (poor category, grade D), the application demonstrated low effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction. Findings also indicated the application was in the detractor classification in Net Promoter Score (NPS), reflecting user dissatisfaction due to technical issues such as login difficulties and server errors. The results are expected to inform improvements to enhance user experience and support Bhabinkamtibmas operations.
