Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder that is commonly found in children. The treatment of epilepsy in children is still experiencing DRE (treatment failure). DRE can be predicted at the time of initial diagnosis with several factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship of EEG images and seizure types to the results of epilepsy treatment in children. The type of research used was observational analytic with a cross-sectional study design. The samples of this study were medical records and KSM Neurodiagnostic data for children with epilepsy at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang General Hospital in Marc-October 2024 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
